Austplan Management Group was established in Southfield, Michigan, USA over 15 years ago. We provide opportunities for investors from all over the world to own real estate in the United States.
We predominantly operate in Michigan, Texas, California, Florida, New Jersey, New York City, Washington State as well as all other states. Our headquarters are in Southfield, Michigan (USA), Shanghai (China) and Brisbane (Australia).
We have three subsidiaries: Austplan Management, Austplan Properties and Austplan International. We are proud to be a one-stop shop for our investors.
Our services include setting up legal entities, accounting, property management and financing options. With over $100 million in assets under management, we have built a reputation for delivering strong returns while maintaining the highest standards of property care and tenant satisfaction.
What We Do
Austplan Properties
In collaboration with developers and home builders, Austplan Properties provides investors the opportunity to own brand new residential properties in all states of the U.S. Before buying, we perform an intensive inspection and provide guidance for an easy and stress-free buying process.
Property Management
We help our investors screen and find the right tenants, advertise their properties on 20+ real estate platforms, collect rents and maintain the property with professional contractors. We handle eviction if necessary. Every month, you will receive an accounting report as well as your tax return at the end of the year.
Legal
We will help you set up your LLCs for asset protection. Our attorney partners will assist you going through steps necessary to set up the right legal entity. For foreign investors, we will also obtain the Tax Identification number and if required, establish your bank account.
Finance Options
Depending on the state you invest in, Austplan can assist in arranging an easy and transparent bank financing facility. This will allow you to purchase your investment property at a very competitive low interest rate.

Milton manages all on-the-ground operations across our US portfolio, from tenant relations and rent collection to property inspections and maintenance coordination. He ensures every tenant is looked after and every owner gets paid on time.
